Driver Hiring Specialist

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 – Rs70,000.00 per month

We are hiring a Driver Hiring Specialist to manage and streamline the recruitment process of drivers for our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong contacts and relationships in the transport or logistics industry and a proven ability to source, screen, and onboard quality drivers quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Actively source and recruit drivers through industry contacts, referrals, and field outreach
• Maintain a network of drivers across different regions
• Conduct interviews and verify documents/licenses of drivers
• Coordinate onboarding and training processes
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
• Maintain records of driver hiring and performance tracking

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in driver recruitment or transport/logistics coordination
• Strong network/relations with drivers and driving agencies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of driver documentation and legal requirements
• Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets
